The Twins of Siam

Text Analysis

This text is about two babies that were joined together at birth. They were born in Siam, now called Thailand. Actually they are the main characters in the story: Chang and Eng. The conflict starts with the birth of these 2 twins. Everybody was shocked when they saw them. As the action developed , more and more people came in Siam to see the babies, consequently the climax starts with their journey in USA , when an American guest asks them to come with him and make money there.As a fact, the resolution leads us to the outcome of the story.The twins get married and they make many children. The epilogue ends with the death of the twins, they die as they were born, as one piece. This text has a heterodiegetic narrator, because the story is retold from the 3^rd point of view. The story has an actual theme: Life- and it’s good and bad moments, it happens when you are sad for what you have and who you are, but be thankful for what you got, because the problems will be solved- this is one important message that the author tries to show to the readers. I like the story in general, it is based on real facts, and it shows that even when you are down, you can get up and continue to fight.                           

            Dear Mom and Dad , 
     I love you so much, you can't imagine. This is my letter to thank you for all that you done for me . I know that letter isn't enough to thank you , but I am sure that you will understand me . 

    I would like you to know that I appreciate everything you've done for me . Teaching me, staying up sleepless nights when I was sick, giving me unconditional number of hugs, always help me, being proud of me and love me so much. Thank you for love me like I am , with my ,,good'' and ,,bad'' . I know that I am not perfect and I make sometimes mistakes without thinking and I am sorry for that. I can't imagine a day without you, you are my everything! Do you know what I am doing right now ? I am crying, because I have the best parents in the world. 

    My mom is my number one, is my advice- my light and my flower . My dad is my uphode, he is the person whom I tell all my problems, my father is my hero. 

    I am sorry for not being with you when you need, I am sorry for not being the way you would like me to be, I love you !!! Thank you for everything. 

Last week our class studied the key elements or steps of making a good PowerPoint Presentation.I would want to share with you  some simple rules which will help anyone. When a person conveys a presentation ,he or she must to take into account the audience , own knowledge about the material and the conditions where the presentation will take place. The PowerPoint Presentation must contain only the main notions which will be explained by the person who presents the material.If you show a presentaion you should have an eye-contact with the audience.Choose an interesting design of presentation ,put interesting pictures and don't forget of some jokes about the material beacuse people memorize the material for a longer time only when the information is illustrated cheerfully.

Nastya's presenation about Blogging

Hello to everyone!
I haven't done a PPP for years, so it was like a  nostalgic moment for me.We had to make a presentation about blogging. I'd always known that blogging is something similar to a diary that you complete everyday, with one exeption that Blog is an online diary. What was really new for me is that Blogs can be written by a a really professional people with absolute journalistic approach.

Hey everybody!Power Point has a very important role in our lifes.That is to create maximum impact to the people and persuade the audience to take action physically and mentally.The important task is to communicate effectively.That is,to inform or get informed,with clarity and undersanding.For a best presentation  we must use pictures,diagrams,simple graphics and a good information.

In my opinion,a good rule for a effective presentation is to avoid mixing reading and listening,to have funny pictures and interactive information.So hier is my Power Point Presentation.Have fun!Steliana's power point

       Hello everybody! Today i'm gonna speak about Powerpoint Presentation and its peculiarities. In order to make a good Powerpoint Presentation, first of all, I researched about it. From the article that I read, i found out that a good Powerpoint Presentation should be concise, precise and well organised.
     It should be based only on landmarks points, because it is just a support and the speaker should expose all the information. Pictures, diagrams, charts, statistics are welcome on Powerpoint Presentation. Also, the important information should be highlighted, in order to emphasize the main topic.
 I took into account all these features, and made up a Powerpoint presentation on the theme "Blogging". Here it is my  Powerpoint Presentation.

            PowerPoint is very usefull and eassy program not ony for student dut for childrens and others too.We make a PowerPoint Presentation in order to make the litener be attentively at what you want to say . A good  PPT alaws need to have contain an interesting information that captivates the audiences , this is very important rule for a goog presentation . Because if you make a boring presentation , noboby will listen to you . A PPT should cantain pictures in order to make it more understandable. 

      Also is very important to put a song or even a simple sound , the music for sure will make your presentation better . And don't forget about colours that you use , make sure about the colour of room . 

     In conclusion I can say that in our days PPT is a very important programs that hels us . Our requirements to anything  increased, and sometimes it's boring to listen to a simple story, you want to see smth.
